Area Sales Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to oversee and strengthen our sales operations in Zamboanga and nearby areas. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive revenue growth, develop high-performing teams, and expand the company’s presence throughout Western Mindanao and BARMM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team across Zamboanga and Western Mindanao
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Explore and develop new market opportunities and potential business partnerships
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics
