Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage 2. Channel Management Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners Ensure partner profitability and engagement 3. Market Development Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns Monitor competitor activities and market trends 4.
