Area Sales Manager

Job description

As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for building and increasing the network of Battery swapping network in assigned locations and guide the team.
•Help Battery Pool onboard e-rickshaw drivers that can use the swapping network & SMB location where swap station could be installed
•Actively address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers
•Work with the operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments
* Handle team, guide and train them
* Do market research, generate leads, maintain relationship with partners and make plan for the growth of company and team.


Skills
•Ability to hustle, work together with the team and get things done
•Passionate about sales and drive to close deals
•Good convincing skills
•Good knowledge of the locality assigned
* Basic English, Expert in local language to hold conversation with E-rickshaw drivers
