Area Sales Manager - Atlanta

Job Description
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to 10-15 Outside Sales Representatives while conducting customer visits and commercial and industrial jobsite visits throughout the territory.
• Drive growth across scaffolding, access solutions, industrial services, and specialty construction offerings.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with regional and company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial facilities, plant managers, project managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Support pursuit of multimillion-dollar construction, maintenance, turnaround, outage, and capital project opportunities.
• Manage team performance, forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue production.
• Partner closely with operations, estimating, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
