Responsibilities: --Manage and oversee daily production operations to consistently meet or exceed quality and output targets.
--Lead a team of 10-30 professionals across Operations, Maintenance, and E&I centered on safety and continuous improvement.
--Enhance production efficiency through the refinement of SOPs and optimization of batch processes.
