Area Manager - Sales

Purpose:

Driving sales & execution performance within a specific geography by managing team of Application Specialists and network of ADs, Authorized Workshops & Authorized Service partners. Develop & grow customer relationships within the territory, ultimately aiming to maximize Margins & Revenues.

Role Description

Sales management :

1. Develop and implement Key Initiatives to achieve revenue goals & realization growth.

2. Implement & drive funnel management

3. Implement & drive 'Value Selling'

4. Support and drive team performance

5. Support & drive AD performance

6. Implement Trade & Commercial policies

7. Execute sales planning & delivery

8. Support execution teams for large repair project mobilization where needed.
