Area Manager

The Area Manager (South Luzon) is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating area-wide plans to drive sales, profitability, service quality, and people performance in alignment with district strategies. This role ensures consistent execution of operational programs, provides coaching to restaurant leadership teams, and addresses area-wide challenges. It also serves as a consultant to support both company-managed and partner-operated stores within the assigned area.

Strategy Deployment & Monitoring

• Deploys operational plans aligned with district strategies and communicates these effectively to restaurant managers
• Conducts regular coaching sessions to ensure proper execution of operational and business plans
