Requirements

Education :Graduation in any stream

Experience :4 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartile, resources through coaching & mentoring.
2. Identify training need, ensure training delivery and program management for the field sales force on weekly basis for UJPM & HSO
3. Provide on-the-job interventions i.e. Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching.
4. Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.
5. Ensure readiness for independent field deployment for the new joiners, within 7 days of joining.
6. Handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months and ensure, productivity as defined by business.
