What will your main responsibilities be

• Lead shift technicians to attend breakdown maintenance.
• Develop Maintenance & Reliability strategy consisting of Condition Monitoring, Preventive and Run to Failure plans based on equipment criticality analysis.
• Supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections, conduct safety compliance inspections and maintain records of the production equipment.
