**Job Description**

The Area Chef is responsible for culinary operations across multiple locations, overseeing brand quality, menu execution, and team member development. This role will ensure consistency in safety , sanitation, and brand standards. The Area Chef will supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities. This role will travel 50%-75% over a standard region, but must be based out of St. Louis, Missouri. The proposed region for travel is MO, PA, SC, and FL.

**Job Responsibilities**

? Train and lead kitchen personnel.
? Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food.
? Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
? Establish presentation technique and quality standards.
? Plan and price menus.
? Ensure accurate equipment operation/maintenance
? Ensure accurate safety and sanitation in kitchen.
