As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and collecting open accounts receivable (AR) balances. You will actively engage with customers to resolve outstanding balances and support branch personnel in achieving collection objectives.

+ Actively contact customers to collect open AR balances and update the Get Paid AR collection system with accurate customer information and account statuses.
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate person for resolution.
+ Reconcile accounts and perform administrative tasks as needed.
+ Establish and negotiate acceptable payment arrangements and settlements while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
