Architecture Engineer Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Implement architectural drawings for residential, commercial, facilities, and anchor tenant projects, including client modifications, ensuring compliance with approved design concepts and quality standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and work methods submitted by contractors/vendors in coordination with the Project Management Division.
• Coordinate regular site visits with the Project Management and QA/QC teams, and prepare reports addressing technical challenges and proposed solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the PIC for routine internal coordination among technical divisions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate technical drawing requirements into the final design concept.
