Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants
• Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works
• Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site
