Architectural Interior Project Manager

Job Purpose

• Responsible for planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all sorts of Interior Works & Maintenance for CMD residences (Mumbai & Pune) & Corporate Office (Pune) to ensure that the execution is in synergy with the management's expectations on the desired quality, cost & timeline adherence. Also responsible for Interior project execution for any of the ongoing/planned projects across various plants.
• Responsible for final review & approval of contractors RA/Final bills and Certifications post verification of material usage;
  drawing adherence;
  QA/QC adherence, cost control for Projects to ensure the right payouts and quality work completion. Optimize the cost through effective site inspections & adherence to applicable codes.
