1. Campus & Institution Engagement

• Identify and onboard architectural colleges for long-term engagement programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HODs, faculty, and training coordinators.
• Plan and execute campus engagement calendars for workshops, seminars, and competitions.

2. Student Engagement & Education

• Conduct product knowledge sessions, technical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops on Pidilite solutions (Dr. Fixit, ROFF, Fevicol, etc.).
• Organize student-oriented events: design challenges, model-making contests, innovation labs, site visits, etc.
• Support student interns/projects related to construction materials and waterproofing.
