We are looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our design and drafting team, working across a range of custom residential and small‑to‑medium development projects.

This role is hands‑on and closely connected to the build process. You will work directly with management, internal teams, consultants and site personnel to ensure documentation is accurate, buildable and aligned with project requirements.

Projects progress through a team‑oriented workflow from concept and design development through to construction documentation and site delivery, providing strong exposure to how designs translate into built form.
