Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Participating in a team effort to complete projects promptly and successfully.
- Producing construction documents, including specifications.
- Coordinating the needs of the client, support staff, and outside consultants such as structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, as well as interior designers and landscape architects.
- Ensuring compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.
- Performing project research.
- Producing modifications to complete working drawing sets.
- Reviewing accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans, and completed reports.
- Engaging in team meetings to resolve project issues and maintain adherence to technical requirements.
- Reviewing shop drawings.
- Completing incidental work or other office functions that are necessary to get projects completed.
