Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter & 3D Visualizer to join our client's growing design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and technical execution. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into detailed, accurate production drawings using Revit, as well as creating high-end, photo-realistic 3D renderings using 3ds Max.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of building construction, a keen eye for architectural visualization (lighting, textures, and composition), and the ability to seamlessly move between technical drafting and creative rendering.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Drafting & Modeling: Produce accurate, detailed architectural models and construction documentation (CD sets), including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Autodesk Revit.
