We are looking for a Singaporean/PR who is creative and detail oriented Architectural Designer.
Responsibilities- Design Development : Translate Client's brief into innovative design concepts and 3D visualities.
- Project Support : Assist in the preparation of planning applications, building permit and Client presentations.
- Education : Bachelor in Architecture or related field.
- Software Proficiency : Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCad and Rhino. Experience Enscape, Lumion or V-Ray for rendering.
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
