Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with a strong background in residential remodeling. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chief Architect and capable of producing AI-enhanced renderings to support high-quality visual presentations.

• Develop accurate and detailed architectural plans using Chief Architect.
• Produce professional visualizations using AI-assisted rendering tools such as Dall-E, Lumion AI, Enscape, or D5 Render.
• Collaborate closely with internal design, construction, and client teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain organized documentation and update plans according to feedback and construction requirements.
