At AV*ARC the Senior Architects core responsibilities will include- Understanding the Project Brief, the Clients Requirements and Ideas, Setting in place the Design Narrative of the Project, and Presenting the final Ideas through a set of coordinated Photo Realistic 3ds Renders, Rendered Floor Plans and Schematic Elevations, Material Boards and Concept Presentations,. The role is Client Facing and requires Creativity as well the Technical Knowhow that relates to Architecture and Interior Design.

Role Requirements:

• A Degree in either Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 5 years of Work Experience
• Ability to Generate Cohesive and Well Researched Design Narratives/Concepts
• An Ability to think Creatively and Artistically. An ability to rationalize Color, Texture, Pattern and Form.
