Architectural Coordinator

• Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contractand drawings.
• Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling withother disciplines.
• Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities onproject matter
• Implement and ensure QC plan
• Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural relatedmaterials.
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
• Complete design studies and monitor builds
• Create work schedules.
• To update Architectural progress with schedulin...
