Architectural Coordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in property development, specifically in Planning & Design or Project Development
• Proven experience in managing multiple consultants and supervising architectural & interior design execution, especially show units
• Prior experience in a design consultancy firm (architecture/master planning) is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp (3D), and Microsoft Office
• Strong experience in design development drawings and multi-scale architectural concept development
• Certifications such as STRA, IAI membership, or Greenship Associate are an advantage
