. Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.

. To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.

. Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.

. Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter

. Implement and ensure QC plan

. Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.

. To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up

. To verify VO and prepare back charges.

. Attend sub-con meetings.

. To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)

. Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade

. demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

. Complete design studies and monitor builds

. Create work schedules.
