Morson Group are seeking a qualified Architect or similar to lead design teams and take responsibility as the Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act and CDM regulations. Principal Designer (BR): Act as the lead design dutyholder, planning, managing, and monitoring design work from RIBA Stage 2 onwards.
Safety Coordination: Review fire safety, structural integrity, and building regulations compliance at every stage.
