- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the architectural sector.
- Direct experience running school projects through multiple design stages.
- Degree in Architectural.
- Experience with Revit and BIM.
- Confidence in chairing design team meetings and coordinating consultants.
- The ability to drive projects forward independently.
- Strong project management skills, leading day-to-day delivery, managing timelines, coordinating consultants.
- Applicants must be familiar with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
