Architect

Minimum Requirements – Professional Architect / Candidate Architect
• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent (M.Arch, B.Arch, or M.Tech).
• A minimum of one year's relevant post-graduate professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written, verbal, and in-person presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to a professional standard.
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Adequate professional maturity to resolve technical and design issues and to make sound decisions when required.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflow and resources to meet project commitments and deadlines.
• Experience in managing and coordinating team members, with active monitoring of progress and performance.
