Architect - Solutions

We are seeking an Architect with strong experience supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics, OMS (Order Management Systems), and Oracle platforms. This role will focus on production support architecture, system stability, root cause analysis, and cross-application coordination to ensure reliable and scalable operations.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Act as the technical architect for enterprise application support across OMS, and Oracle
+ Lead production support architecture, including incident resolution and permanent fixes
+ Provide technical leadership during Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents
+ Partner with development, infrastructure, integration, and business teams to resolve complex issues
+ Delivers elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes or other detailed deliverables.
