Sushanku Realty is a Mumbai-based real estate developer with projects in Wadala, Malad, and Goregaon. We focus on developing efficient, well-connected residential spaces and are expanding our portfolio across the city.

We work with experienced liaison and consultant architects for statutory approvals. We are now looking to build an in-house architectural capability to support planning, coordination, and execution.

We are looking for an Architect with 3–7 years of experience who can:

• Assist in layout planning and feasibility studies
• Review consultant drawings
• Coordinate approvals documentation
• Support project execution and design decisions

This is a developer-side role, focused on coordination, compliance, and planning support — not a pure design studio role.
