We are seeking a talented Architect with minimum 4–5 years of post-Part 3 experience to join a highly regarded medium size architectural practice working on complex 5 star hotel project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys technical delivery while maintaining a strong appreciation for design quality and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of hotel and hospitality projects across RIBA Stages 2–5, with a particular focus on Stages 4 and 5.
• Produce detailed technical design packages, construction information and contract documentation.
• Develop and coordinate architectural designs in REVIT ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams, consultants, contractors and clients throughout project delivery.
