Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Loan IQ customization, integration, and configuration.
• Review code and technical designs to ensure alignment with banking standards.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, data fixes, and performance bottlenecks.
• Govern architecture principles across API integrations, custom extensions, and database layers.
• Act as liaison between business analysts, project managers, and the offshore team; translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories.
• Manage deployment pipelines, release cycles, and environment coordination onshore.
• Facilitate daily standups and checkpoint meetings across timezone gaps.
• Manage delivery timelines and code quality for offshore development team.
• Mentor junior and midlevel developers on Loan IQ technical frameworks.
