**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Strategic Consulting:** Conduct architectural discovery sessions and Design-and-Build workshops to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
+ **Solution Delivery:** Lead the end-to-end implementation of OpenShift Virtualization, including platform installation, networking (OVN-K), and storage (OpenShift Data Foundation/Ceph).
+ **Migration Leadership:** Plan and execute large-scale VM migrations (from VMware or Hyper-V) using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV), ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
+ **Automation Mastery:** Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using **Ansible** and **GitOps** principles to ensure repeatable, production-ready environments.
+ **Client Advocacy:** Act as a technical liaison between the customer and Red Hat Product Engineering, identifying product gaps and advocating for feature enhancements.
