The Hartford’s Corporate IT organization is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Software Engineer to join Enterprise Risk Management IT (ERMIT) as part of the GIS team.

This role is focused on the design, development, and evolution of experience and integration APIs built on top of enterprise ArcGIS services that support critical underwriting, claims, and risk management capabilities across the firm.
