• Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations systems.
• System bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, SOX controls.
• Provide expert level technical support, address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of system‑related incidents.
• Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity; provide solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
• Conduct key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and provide operational reporting to leadership.
