AR - Sales Order Creation Analyst

Description:

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all customer orders. Acts as a critical link between the Sales team, customer, Finance, and Operations, ensuring all pricing, terms, documentation, and compliance requirements are met before order fulfillment can begin. The analyst is key to maintaining data integrity and efficient order-to-cash cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, validate, and process high-volume sales orders, change requests, and cancellations received from the Sales team or customers into the system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Verify all critical order elements, including product codes, pricing, quantity, delivery dates, shipping instructions, and customer account details, ensuring alignment with the sales quote and company policy.
