AR & MIS Executive

Role Summary
The Executive – AR & MIS will support commercial operations for a service-based inspection/testing/certification business, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate MIS reporting. The role demands strong coordination with operations, sales, and customers, along with high ownership of receivable controls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities including invoice generation, collections, and customer reconciliations
Track customer-wise outstanding, ageing analysis, and ensure regular follow-ups with clients
Coordinate with operations/project teams for billing readiness and closure
Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers
Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports on revenue, collections, and outstanding
Support management with financial analysis, trend reporting, and dashboards
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements
