Who we are looking for 0–2 years of experience in Finance Customer Service; experience in Accounts Receivable, dispute or deduction management, or a related financial analysis role is considered an advantage.Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and maintain professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct detailed root cause analysis.Hands-on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proficiency in English (B2) and Spanish (B1) is required to effectively support a global customer base.
