Role Overview

The Product Owner is the single point of accountability for driving value delivery to our clients and their end customers. Your role is to understand the business problem and desired outcome from the client perspective and guide clients to the right solution to meet their needs, align stakeholders, and prescribe the highest-value path forward; as well as to ensure the engineering team is always working on the right things, at the right time, with clear outcomes.

The ideal candidate moves beyond backlog management to proactively communicate with clients, challenge assumptions, and recommend approaches aligned to business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities. This role partners closely with clients, engineering, UX, and leadership to ensure outcomes are valuable, feasible, and successfully adopted.
