Job Summary *This is an on-site position Coordinates and supervises the day-to-day operations of the aquatic programs. Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Lifeguards and teaches classes as assigned. Acts as a liaison and champion for YMCA Whole Person Health.
