Aquatics Supervisor

Overview:
Aquatics Supervisors will ensure a fast, friendly and safe service to our guests while supervising swimmers and riders, enforcing rules, performing rescues, providing first-aid, and more. Aquatics Supervisors will have direct oversight of Aquatics Leads within their assigned section(s); assisting where needed. Aquatics Supervisors will assist the Aquatics Managerial(s) on coaching and guiding the Aquatics team. This is a seasonal position from May-September.

Responsibilities:

+ Overseeing assigned section(s) including supervising swimmers and riders, enforcing rules, performing rescues, providing first-aid, and more.
+ Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and training new Team Members
+ Creates and maintains a positive, high performance team culture generating increased retention, motivation, and team morale
