**Job Overview**

The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) drives quality excellence in New Product Introduction (NPI) and development projects. This role ensures products meet customer requirements by applying advanced quality methodologies, managing risk (DFMEA/PFMEA), and leading cross-functional collaboration from concept to production release, ensuring zero-defect mindset and strong customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**

+ Lead AQE activities in NPI projects using APQP / LeanPD methodology
+ Drive DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DVP&R completion
+ Act as key quality interface for customers and internal teams
