:This course considers representations of gender and sex identities within literary texts as well as how sex and gender have shaped the ways that literature is produced, read, and talked about. Topics may include feminist literary experimentation; 2SLGBTQIA+ visibility in historical and contemporary writing; intersections among sex, gender, race, and class identities in literary texts; and the history of women’s authorship and publishing.Posting limited to:
