What you'll do:
Lead the end-to-end deployment of Lean Manufacturing (APS) across shop floor and support functions, integrating continuous improvement methodologies and digital tools to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
Drive performance and business impact by managing KPIs/OPIs, leading Policy Deployment, conducting APS maturity assessments, and embedding financial discipline to improve operational margins and ensure sustainable results
Champion transformation and capability building by leading strategic initiatives (VSM, line balancing, layout optimization, JIT, continuous flow) while developing talent through coaching, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring standardization and replication of best practices (yokoten)
Act as a transformation leader and change agent, coaching and mentoring APS teams, driving problem-solving culture, ensuring compliance with standards, challenging the status quo, and acce...
