+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ APRN with experience in chronic care and heart failure, EP, or equivalent.
+ Experience
+ Must have 3 plus years as a APRN or 5 plus years as a RN in chronic cardiovascular setting.
+ Physical

+ Normal hospital environment. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Pleasant voice, self-starter, well organized, able to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a confined office environment. Lifting up to 20lbs, Carrying up to 20 lbs, Pushing/Pulling 250 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending and computer work. Capable of handling several tasks at one time. Close eye work. Uses computer, copier, typewriter, and fax machine.
