• 403b Retirement Plan (matches one to one of employee contribution for the first 3%, then a 50% match on the next 6% of employee contribution)

• Provide direct services to SMA clients in the form of medical evaluations, consultations, history and physicals, treatment planning, medication administration/adjustments, mental status assessments, supportive therapy and crisis intervention.
• Performs medical management of medical conditions.
• Prescribe and monitor effects of medications on clients.
• Educate clients as to the nature of their illness and the importance of proper medication use.
• Evaluates clients who are decompensating and initiates emergency medical treatment through the Baker Act or refers to SMA's Emergency Services as appropriate. ...
