Finance and Accounting Associate

The Finance and Accounting Associate is entrusted with the responsibility of executing accounting, disbursement, and data analysis tasks, as directed by their immediate supervisor. The primary emphasis of this role lies in proficiently performing a range of finance and accounting functions, including composing reports, handling finance and accounting requests, and conducting data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage payables accounting tasks, including creating bills, journal entries, BIR Form 2307, expense accruals, and payment preparation.
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Review and process expense reimbursement and liquidation requests.
• Issue checks for disbursements.
• Aid in expenditure forecasting and budgeting.
