We are seeking an Apprenticeship Development Coach to join our team. In this role you will provide tailored coaching and work closely with employers to ensure apprentices are fully supported to reach their full potential in the areas of IT, AI, management and procurement. This includes completing apprenticeship sign‑ups promptly to ensure learners are enrolled before the start of learning, identifying and communicating barriers to the delivery team where applicable, and conducting 12‑weekly progress reviews at the apprentice’s places of work with accurate recording of monthly learning evidence.
