Apprentice/Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a specialist civil engineering contractor delivering long-term infrastructure works within the Southern Water framework. They’re looking to bring in a Graduate or Apprentice-level Quantity Surveyor who is keen to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in the water sector.

This is a genuine opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head of Commercial, gaining hands‑on exposure to projects and commercial management from day one.

The Role:

• Supporting the commercial team across a range of water infrastructure projects
• Assisting with cost reporting, valuations, and variations
• Working with NEC forms of contract
• Learning the full commercial lifecycle of civils projects
• Building strong relationships with site and operational teams
• Hybrid working, with flexibility based on output and trust
