Sales Apprentice Opportunity

Location: Glasgow

This is a field‑based sales role. Your week will be a mixture of office time and visiting customers’ sites for meetings at Johnson Controls, Braidhurst House, 2 Finch Way, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, ML4 3PE. You need to be willing to travel.

We focus on fire and security technology, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and key decision makers
• Generate new business opportunities
• Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and market changes
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals to maximize growth
• Master the art of cross‑selling, upselling, and white‑spacing
• Gain firsthand experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and territory management
