Apprentice Retail Supervisor

Apprentice Supervisor – Hours: 35 hours across 5 days per week – Pay: £13.61 per hour. Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package and more.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Supervisor for our shop in Bramley. We offer a permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week.

What does the apprenticeship involve?

• Working in a busy shop and learning how to be a great supervisor.
• Regular pre-arranged visits (every 10 to 12 weeks) from an assessor from our apprenticeship provider.
• In between visits, regular reviews conducted via webinar, telephone and video call.
• Regular completion of apprenticeship coursework.
• Completion of functional skills in English and Maths (only if required).
• Completion of an assessment at the end of your 12 months of training.
